Commentary · verse 48
The "Numbers" section of the Book of Psalms began with two psalms from Moses. The rest of the psalms, except for David's only psalm in this section, encouraged us to praise God during our time of testing. This section was compiled by David. The final section of the Book of Psalms was known as the "Deuteronomy" section and was believed to have been compiled by Ezra. These forty-four psalms declared the glory of God's Kingdom, His Divine government.
Psalms 101-106 covered the completion of the "Numbers" section of the Book of Psalms which encouraged us to praise God during our time of testing.
God's acts were so mighty and great, who could give Him all the praise?
